esarai03 Jan : 13:30nova2, most mods do not have voice acting. If you want to use the integrated digital voice synthesizer, you have to turn it on in the launcher. It only works on major revisions, so 3.6.10 is the most recent version you have to have to get it to work. Knightly builds have the voice synth disabled.
