After your file is uploaded here, I, achtung, will receive a notification that your file has been uploaded, and I will proceed to move it into the downloads section of freespacemods.net.
YOUR FILE MUST HAVE A README.TXT CONTAINING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: original author(s), title, description, what version of the game(s) it will work in (FS2, SCP, etc), website (if available).
If your file is not in any sort of archive, simply upload a .txt file with the same name as the file you are uploading.
