For almost half a century, the Chronos has been the freighter to pick when your cargo absolutely must get through. Its heavy dorsal turret has firepower equivalent to a light fighter, and its hull is almost as strong as a cruiser's. Although the Chronos, like all cargo ships, needs escort, they are considerably tougher to crack than most. The GTFr Chronos has begun seeing more widespread deployment after the newer Triton freighters suffered unacceptable casualties against NTF forces.
